We have been very busy making and testing products for the Enterprise Project!
We experimented with making marshmallow and fruit kebabs, remembering all our hygiene rules and wearing gloves to protect them. Our product testers gave us a 10 out of ten. We stored the kebabs overnight to see if they remained fresh and we found that the strawberries went a bit squishy, so we decided to make them fresh on the day of the market. We thought about wrapping them in plastic to sell them but decided not to do this; to save using plastic.
